We don't do that anymore. In the morning, they say they'll deliver the items before 4 p.m. It's simply not possible to be more precise than that. It's absurd in itself that you're supposed to be home from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to answer the door. Then they don't make it to 4 p.m. and flatly deny that a time was given. They were supposed to arrive at 6 p.m., but we had a 5:30 p.m. reservation at a restaurant for a birthday. When I brought this up, they said, "You can be difficult now, but we'll arrive at 6 p.m." Disrespectful. When we pick up the items, they do the same thing. In the morning, they say they'll arrive before 2 p.m., and in the afternoon, they simply dismiss you as a fantasist or a liar because they "never give a time... we only agreed that the driver would call half an hour beforehand." In the end, it was 4:30 p.m. If you don't feel like being on call from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. just to be home within half an hour, choose a company that can schedule you. With a bit of luck, you'll even be treated fairly.
