Have been a tenant on and off since 2022 and have only had great experiences, especially more recently where an urgent situation came up and the agency/Jurgen did everything to help us. Thank you so much!!!

I had a problem with this agency since the beginning of my agreement. They wanted to charge me more for a room, want you to get rid of everything in the end of the agreement (really good for the environment by the way!!!), their communication through email is not professional AT ALL. Some employees are really rude and when we needed help for fixing some things in the apartment they just went there and said that there wasn’t a problem at all. I felt really in my own and always afraid for asking questions and for help.

I have rented a studio 11years ago from kamerbemiddling witch I m still living on the same place and probably onther longer years i never had in all this years a problem with the agency paying my rent on time no issues I m very satisfied with the service and everything.

After a year of renting through Kamer Bemiddeling, I can honestly say my experience has been very positive! 🤩 Although I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews, it’s clear that the company has improved a lot over time. They were always responsive to emails, and whenever an issue came up, they handled it quickly and efficiently. What’s more, they’re one of the few agencies that are genuinely friendly and supportive toward internationals, which makes a big difference if you’re navigating the Dutch rental market from abroad. 😉 All in all, if you’re coming from abroad, definitely reach out 😊
