The building and furnishings are in poor condition; it's outrageous that these poor elderly people have to live here like this! My grandmother and mother live here, so I know what I'm talking about. One thing breaks, the next. The power lines hang loose from the ceiling, the elevators are broken or malfunctioning, and then there's something wrong with the sewer system, leaving these people stuck in the stench for weeks...
