We rented Villa Arpage for nine weeks this winter. It's an exceptionally comfortable house in a beautiful location with lovely views of the Mediterranean. Excellent amenities, comfortable beds and bathrooms, a kitchen you'll never want for anything, and a pleasant living area with a lovely fireplace. The local manager provided excellent service. We had a wonderful time there, escaping the snow and cold in the Netherlands. Brenda & Arie

Our family has been on holiday with Villasud several times. They have beautiful villas, and it's striking how meticulously the photos on their website are accurate. This is especially helpful if you have young children and appreciate the details. The staff at Villasud are personally dedicated to providing service and know the ins and outs of each location. Treat yourself and your family to a luxury villa, and you'll be carefree in the South of France 🇫🇷.

We booked a villa in the South of France (Villa Castellane) through VillaSud in August for €1,100 per night. What we found was absolutely unacceptable: dirty, musty, grease residue in the kitchen, hair everywhere, ants/bugs in the house, but above all, very different (especially the garden) from the photos. This had nothing to do with the beautiful photos on their website anymore. When we raised this issue, it turned out that VillaSud is primarily a fair-weather agency. As long as everything goes well, they present themselves as a reliable travel partner. But as soon as there is a problem, they hide behind the story that “the owner is your contractual partner” and simply say: “we are forwarding your complaint and awaiting his response.” And what do you think that response is? Of course: “no, everything was fine.” The owner (whose name we don't even know) simply denies everything. And VillaSud? They say nothing about it, don't take sides, and take no responsibility whatsoever. Anyone can be an “agent” like that—collecting the booking fee, but washing their hands of it as soon as there are problems. The fact remains: six people don't leave a €1,100-per-night villa in mid-August (high season!) for no reason. You don't do that because you are “exaggerating” or “being too critical.” You do it simply because the house is dirty and completely fails to meet the expectations outlined. Never again VillaSud for us. Misleading photos, poor service, no responsibility.

Great site for renting beautiful houses in the South of France. We've been using it for years and always receive excellent service.
